Build the release binaries with Go 1.27.3 through a
toolchainline ingo.mod(keepinggo 1.19for the build-from-source fallback) to get thecrypto/x509security fixes that distrust the compromised eMudhra intermediate CAs, and set the default plugin binary version to 0.5.1.
