…ion guard, run()/columns() - Add .github/workflows/ci.yml (PHP 8.2/8.3/8.4 matrix, phpunit + composer validate --strict), mirroring the sibling repos. - Complete stubs/ephpm-db.stub.php to all 8 ephpm_db_* natives with correct signatures and @throws. - Connection::transaction() consults ephpm_db_in_transaction() (behind function_exists) so it no longer fires ROLLBACK blind on a session already out of its transaction; falls back to prior blind-rollback behaviour on an older ePHPm floor. - Add Connection::run() over ephpm_db_run (with a keyword-classifying fallback) and expose column metadata on Result (columns()/columnNames()), populated by run() even for a zero-row result set. - Refresh current-release string v0.8.6 -> v0.10.2. - Extend the offline polyfill with ephpm_db_run/columns/in_transaction/available and add tests.

Audited DB-bridge fixes for db. Adopts the newer
ephpm_db_*natives (#259-#263: run/columns/in_transaction) behindfunction_exists(v0.6.3 floor preserved), fixes the\'->''escaping on the tenant path where present, and refreshes docs/CI. Tests added/updated (agent ran suites green in a php:8.3 container).
