Keep real HTTP bridge and persistence coverage while replacing unrelated CoreLocation reads with a deterministic unavailable fixture. Report execution phases on failures. Remove process-wide CPU sampling that can fail despite the same runtime VM accepting follow-up work; retain the VM re-entry termination assertions and production limits.

Fix exported .swt archives being disabled in the ZIP import picker on iOS and macOS by declaring their ZIP-compatible type. Refresh the built-in Activity Rings sample for clearer light/dark layouts without overwriting user widgets. Prepare version 27.1.5 build 27016.
Real iCloud iPhone 17 Pro core QA on 27015 passed creation, preview, widget selection/rendering, check-in persistence, configuration edits, backup restore, local/cloud switching and remix isolation; reproduced the archive-picker bug. Fixed picker still needs acceptance on the new build. No record sync or automatic migration is added.
Validation: full local release-readiness passed (macOS 714 passed/0 failed/32 skipped; iOS Simulator 720 passed/0 failed/31 skipped), both native builds, focused archive regression/round-trip tests, plist lint, release metadata and documentation validation. See docs/icloud-core-qa-2026-10-25.md for exact evidence and limitations. Includes the existing CI stabilization changes from PR #70.
