NodeJS 20 is deprecated by GitHub. actions/checkout@v5 moved to
NodeJS 24.
This failure on OpenMandriva Cooker:

/__e/node24/bin/node: symbol lookup error: /__e/node24/bin/node: undefined symbol: _ZNSt18condition_variable4waitERSt11unique_lockISt5mutexE, version GLIBCXX_3.4.11
seems to be unrelated to how old openmandriva/cooker:latest image is.
The error was there before. The symbol is provided by
/usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6 from lib64stdc++6-15.2.0-2.x86_64.
Mageia 9 went end of life on 2026-06-28.

Upgrade Upgrade actions/checkout to v6 and Replace Mageia 9 with Mageia 10.
The CI failure in OpenMandriva Cooker is unrelated.
