**`(fix):`** Drop the discriminant property from inlined discriminated-union variants. When a variant's object
also declared the discriminant (e.g. an OpenAPI `allOf` member with `protocol: const: API`), the
inlined variant got a `protocol` field next to `#[serde(tag = "protocol")]`, which fails to compile
with "variant field name `protocol` conflicts with internal tag". The variant's generated constructors
no longer take a parameter for the discriminant; serde writes it from the tag.
