npm reads
dist/<name>.tgzas a GitHubowner/reposhorthand, so the publish step tried to fetchgithub.com/dist/<name>.tgzover SSH instead of publishing the downloaded tarball. Prefixing./makes it a local file path.Checked locally with npm's own spec parser:
dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgzresolves to typegit(github.com),./dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgzto typefile, andnpm publish "./dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgz" --dry-runreports firecrawl-cli 1.26.23 with tag latest.
