package:shelf v1.4.3

• shelf_io now resolves the shelf.io.connection_info context value lazily. dart:io does not cache HttpRequest.connectionInfo, so building it for every request spent two getpeername calls on a value most handlers never read. The fields are now read from the socket on first access and cached, so handlers that use it pay exactly what they did before and handlers that do not pay nothing. If the connection is already gone, a StateError is now thrown when a field is read, rather than a null check failing while the Request was being built.
• Require sdk: ^3.9.0.
• Join multiple Cookie request-header values with '; ' instead of ',' in the single-value headers map, following the cookie-string grammar of RFC 6265 section 5.4.
