Problem
Copilot on #100. The "Also running" table says OSV-Scanner (full) and Scorecard SARIF are master only, and NuGet publish is version tags only.
osv-scanner-full.yml also has schedule and workflow_dispatch. Scorecard upload runs on non-PR events including schedule. Publish also runs on workflow_dispatch.
Acceptance
The table lists those extra triggers.
