Operators module XML docs say conversion; arithmetic uses unbox

Problem

Copilot on #94. Operators.fsi module summary says "inferred conversion of the result". Arithmetic operators use :?>. Only the comparison operators run Dyn.explicitConvert to bool.

Acceptance

The module summary matches that split.
