Summary

  • The pr-flow /open skill description was 32 words, the last check-structure.py word-budget warning on main.
  • This drops the readiness-check list from the frontmatter. The skill body and docs/READINESS-CHECKS.md already cover it.
  • knowledge-system /statusline, which the original task also flagged, is at 30 words. That is within budget, so it is unchanged and gets no bump.

Changes

  • plugins/pr-flow/skills/open/SKILL.md: the description is shortened to one sentence plus the Trigger line.
  • pr-flow 1.8.0 → 1.8.1 in plugin.json and marketplace.json, plus a CHANGELOG entry.

Readiness

  • ✅ Committed and pushed, rebased onto main
  • ✅ Version bump (patch) and marketplace sync
  • ✅ CHANGELOG
  • ✅ README: no copy of the description
  • ➖ Knowledge: nothing new
  • ⚠️ check-structure.py: 0 warnings. Two work-system tests hit the local 120s timeout under load. Run alone, test_sessions.py passes and test_task_store.py passes in 134s. This diff does not touch work-system.

Test plan

  • CI check-structure.py is green with 0 warnings
  • /open still matches "create a PR"

Drop the readiness-check enumeration from the frontmatter description;
the skill body already carries it. Clears the last check-structure
word-budget warning.
