Summary

Adds Dutch (nl) as the 16th supported locale. All seven namespaces are translated (common, dialogs, editor, launch, settings, shortcuts, timeline) and nl is registered everywhere a locale list is read: SUPPORTED_LOCALES, the main-process mini-i18n, both language lists in electron-builder.json5, and the dialogs map in the tutorial-help test. README and AGENTS.md list the new language and count.

The folder is the bare tag nl, so the renderer's base-language matching routes nl-NL and nl-BE to it.

AI WAS USED to produce the first translation (Claude). A native Dutch (Flemish) speaker reviewed it in the running app.

• Typographic quotes and apostrophes, no straight quotes in values.
• effects.fitClipFew is filled in for key parity (Dutch has only one/other).

Testing

• npm run i18n:check passes: 15 locales match en across 7 namespaces, 16 SUPPORTED_LOCALES align with appx.languages and electronLanguages.
• npx vitest run src/i18n passes (129 tests, including localeParity and tutorialHelpTranslations for nl).
• npx tsc --noEmit and biome check on the changed files pass.
• Ran NO_ELECTRON=1 npm run dev and checked the editor, panels and timeline in Dutch in the browser.
• Not checked: native menus, tray and dialogs of the Electron main process (only common and dialogs namespaces), and the exact rendering of the trim tutorial sentence and "of video exported in" fragment in the packaged app.
