fix(linux): leave the ScreenCast portal to Wayland sessions - #1492
On KDE Plasma under X11, Record failed with CreateSession: Portal request didn't succeed: Other: once the PipeWire helper was present, Linux always went through the ScreenCast portal, and KDE's portal only implements it on Wayland.
Fix:findPipeWireCursorHelperPath() returns null outside a Wayland session, so every caller takes the existing no-helper path: Chromium capture with the in-app picker. The cursor factory uses screen telemetry on X11, where getCursorScreenPoint() works.
Why this over a fallback on portal failure: one guard where all callers route through, no new UI text. GNOME X11 loses the portal path but keeps the Chromium one, which already works there.
Tested: unit tests pin process.platform and XDG_SESSION_TYPE (Wayland → helper and PipeWire cursor; X11 → no helper, telemetry cursor). Full suite, both typechecks and lint pass. Not tested on a real X11 desktop.
Improved cursor recording behavior on Linux by using PipeWire capture for Wayland sessions and standard cursor tracking for X11 sessions. X11 sessions no longer look for or launch the Wayland screen-sharing helper, while Wayland cursor capture remains unchanged. This helps avoid using Wayland-specific capture behavior in X11 environments.
On X11, KDE's portal has no ScreenCast, so every take died on
"CreateSession: Portal request didn't succeed: Other". Treat the portal
helper as absent outside Wayland: capture falls back to Chromium, which
X11 serves without a portal, and the cursor to screen telemetry.
Refs #1491
The cursor recording factory now selects PipeWire for Linux Wayland sessions and telemetry for other sessions. PipeWire helper discovery is also limited to Wayland. Tests cover Wayland and X11 behavior and restore stubbed environment values.

The factory selects PipeWire only for Linux Wayland sessions. Helper lookup returns null outside Wayland. Tests check Wayland and X11 behavior and stub the session type during setup.
getopenscreen/openscreen#1328: Both changes address X11 recording when portal capture is unavailable; this PR selects telemetry rather than adding a direct X11 helper backend.
getopenscreen/openscreen#1416: Both changes provide an X11 cursor fallback; this PR selects telemetry directly rather than wrapping the PipeWire session with a pointer sampler.
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 2e26c
The change routes non-Wayland sessions away from the portal helper. No blocking defect is established; a focused availability-response test would strengthen regression protection.

The X11 test checks helper discovery and cursor selection. The recorder test mocks the availability response, so a handler regression can escape both tests.
Add a focused test that sets XDG_SESSION_TYPE to x11 and checks that the real Linux availability handler returns { success: true, available: false, reason: "missing-helper" }. A small extracted handler can make this testable without registering all IPC handlers.
