Zod 4 breaks integration test schemas

High Severity

Bumping zod to v4 is a major version change. Integration tests pass those schemas into ai@4.3.16, Mistral chat.parse, and LangGraph tool(), which still convert them with Zod 3-oriented zod-to-json-schema. Native Zod 4 schemas fail that conversion, so those scenarios throw at runtime.
