Removes the experimental-mode gate on Seer's search agent translation (POST /organizations/{org}/search-agent/start/) in search_events and its dataset-scoped variants.

Seer now translates natural language queries in all sessions. Access still depends on the existing checks: the org must have the gen-ai-search-agent-translate feature and must not have hideAiFeatures set. When Seer is unavailable, can't translate the query, or returns 403, the tool falls back to the embedded agent as before.

Changes:

  • Drop the context.experimentalMode check before translateWithSeer
  • Remove the "uses the embedded agent without experimental opt-in" test; fallback without the feature is already covered by "should fall back to the agent when Seer is not enabled"
  • Update the Seer section of docs/specs/search-events.md

Default sessions that pass a natural language query with an explicit Seer-supported dataset now make one extra org request with include_feature_flags=1 to check access.

Seer's search agent (search-agent/start) translated natural language
queries only in experimental sessions. Remove that gate so any session
uses Seer when the organization has the gen-ai-search-agent-translate
feature and has not hidden AI features. Sessions without access still
fall back to the embedded agent.
