Problem
agent-substrate#3409 merged on 2026-10-29 and routes several credential providers through ate-setup, so agent-substrate#2830 was closed as superseded and agent-substrate#2829 as resolved. The egress-gateway-takes-further-credential-providers row still waited on agent-substrate#2830.
