Official ToolJet submission. This is an ISC-licensed, skills-only Agent Plugin generated from ToolJet's single maintained app-builder skill. It supplies ToolJet-specific component/query/layout guidance and requires a separately configured native ToolJet MCP connection. It does not bundle an MCP runtime, credentials, install hooks, automatic tool approvals or a canvas extension.

Setup requires an existing ToolJet Cloud account/workspace and native OAuth sign-in/consent; product features remain subject to the user's permissions and applicable plan. The package README describes the connection steps. No Copilot login or ToolJet OAuth grant is performed by installing the skill.

Local checks: GitHub's official publicSubmission metadata validator reports zero errors/warnings; the official Agent Plugins manifest validator passes; Microsoft Vally 0.20.0 passes spec-compliance and valid-refs; Copilot CLI 1.0.105 installs and enables the exact package with one skill in an isolated local marketplace/profile. Prior native Cloud OAuth, bounded synthetic app editing, readback, validation and reconnection checks passed. VS Code and a complete app-generation benchmark have not been tested.

The plugin adds practical ToolJet-specific guidance rather than general coding instructions. No promotional claims or competitor terms are included. Source generation commit: 071787168c50f446b1d230c4bc2cd1a1c52909ba.

Public verification completed: tag copilot-v0.11.1 resolves to f38d3109c26ae585acf51ef62f43ead019b64832; a fresh GitHub checkout and all 17 installed package file hashes match. Copilot CLI 1.0.105 fetched the pinned GitHub package through a temporary Git-backed catalog, retained tooljet v0.11.1 as an installed/enabled plugin across fresh processes, and listed tooljet-app-builder as an enabled plugin skill.

Smoke-fixture caveat: on macOS, registering the QA catalog as a plain local directory reported install success for this remote entry but pruned it on the next invocation. Registering the identical catalog through the normal Git-backed marketplace path passed. No package, client security policy or approval setting was altered to obtain that result; upstream intake checks are still pending.
