Incorrect hyphens in cloud sandbox command documentation #46370
What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?
In the "Starting a cloud sandbox session" section, the command currently uses Unicode non-breaking hyphens (U+2011) instead of standard ASCII hyphens (U+002D).
Current command:
copilot ‑‑cloud ‑‑experimental
The hyphens preceding cloud and experimental are Unicode non-breaking hyphens, not standard ASCII hyphens. These characters are visually similar but are not interchangeable in command-line arguments. As a result, copying and pasting the command into a terminal cause the CLI to fail to recognize the options.
Replace the Unicode characters with standard ASCII hyphens:
copilot --cloud --experimental
Additional information
Using the correct ASCII characters will ensure that readers can copy and paste the documented command into their terminals as intended.
