Why

Hub contributors need a shared database and development environment for the TypeScript rebuild. This adds that foundation on a task branch targeting build/hub/new, without adding product models or changing the feature branch directly. Closes #107.

What changes

The devcontainer runs Node on a slim Debian base as a non-root user and starts PostgreSQL with persistent storage. PostgreSQL 18 is the shared provider-major baseline, using the stable local 18.6-bookworm image, which is also built from Debian slim. Azure's PostgreSQL SDK supports that major, and AWS's Aurora sample uses it. Cloud providers may offer different patch releases.

Prisma 7.10.1 is the newest stable release eligible under the seven-day npm dependency policy. A shared client in integrations reuses the development global across reloads. The schema loads individual model and .enum.prisma files, with client generation on installation and schema validation in CI. The database guide documents UUID keys, camelCase fields mapped to snake_case columns, plural snake_case tables, required timestamps, and the requested model section order.

The full Vitest suite did not finish cleanly: separate runs failed in the unchanged connection-dialog focus test and publication-import polling test. Both pass in isolation. Editor-driven devcontainer attachment has not been exercised; the Compose services and clean non-root Node installation were exercised directly.
