Leaving the directory brings back the Create directory card while a teammate serves one #636

Leaving the team directory brings back the "Team directory — Create directory" card, while a teammate is still serving the team's directory.

Where

Settings → Team → Leave… → Leave, then the Channels sidebar.

What was seen

As soon as Mac A left, the sidebar card "Team directory — Keep channels listed while Macs are offline, and share projects. [Create directory]" appeared, though Mac B was still serving the team's directory at http://100.119.196.79:4142/directory. Leaving counts as a choice, so A never rejoined on its own, and nothing pointed A back at B's directory: the only hint was "samechocolixir on nate16-1 is in a team. [Ask to join]" inside Team setup.

Expected: the card shows only while the team has no directory. A host that left one is offered to rejoin the directory a teammate serves, not to create a second.
