The details sidebar's Untracked row showed +0 -0 beside its file count. Untracked directories too large to list (changes.dirs, over 100 files) are only counted, and binary files have no line counts, yet both were totaled as 0 lines.

• DetailsChanges gains lines: whether adds/dels are known.
• A group is known once it has a text file, and unknown when a large untracked directory adds to it (partial totals would understate it). Binary files add to the file count only.
• When unknown, the row and its label show only the file count.

Smoke: isolated loopback host from this lane, rebuilt apps/app/dist, a project with an untracked 150-file big/. The row read Untracked 150 files (no +0 -0). Adding a 3-line notes.txt gave Untracked 151 files. Removing big/ gave Untracked 1 file +3 -0.
