- Add expectNoA11yViolations test case to dbt_dag_test.ts. - Switch dbt_dag_test.ts to use catalyst/async instead of catalyst/fake_async to allow XHRs needed by a11y tester. - Update BUILD file with a11y_tester dependency and karma_webdriver_plugin. - Fix scrollable-region-focusable violation in shared workflow_graph scaffold component by adding tabindex="0" to the graph area article.
