Ruby 3.2 is past EOL and contains bugs.
This gem depends on many other gems, and keeping Ruby 3.2 support means keeping compatibility constraints across the whole dependency tree.
We should remove Ruby 3.2 from the CI matrix so my co-maintainer @apotonick can finally stop building gems that support Ruby versions from before Bitcoin was invented.
Personally i will keep just 3.4 and 4.0. or just 4.0.
