Ports the L2GNS tests to Foundry in @graphprotocol/subgraph-discovery, including subgraphs and curator balances received from L1 through a mock gateway, and deletes the TypeScript tests they replace. It also deletes the L1GNS test file, which was already skipped and covers a contract that is moving to the legacy archive. Stacked on #1378.
