Deletes the old Hardhat test package and the @graphprotocol/sdk dependency, along with two ops scripts in packages/contracts that imported the sdk without depending on it. The 361 remaining tests only cover contracts that later Phase D PRs remove, because the live tests already moved to Foundry. CI's coverage step finds its files itself, so no workflow changes.
