Adds a private legacy package holding the Sourcify-verified source of 7 mainnet implementations, because current source reproduces only Curation. Its test:self compiles each bundle with its exact compiler and compares the result with committed hashes of the on-chain code, recorded at block 26,306,549, so CI needs no RPC. The commit hook and formatters now skip these sources, and a per-file hash check catches any edit that bytecode can't show.
