Gives the legacy package the mainnet and Sepolia entries from packages/contracts/addresses.json as the L1 deployment record, publishes them through @graphprotocol/address-book, and moves the 29 historical audit PDFs into it. Also corrects the address-book README, which described the tracked source files as symlinks and told publishers to run a script that would dirty them.
