Stops the indexing-agreement tests from failing at random when the fuzzer picks the SubgraphService proxy's own address as an indexer, which
setPaymentsDestinationcorrectly rejects. The seed from a failing CI run,0xa811ff98…, failed 5 tests indisputes/indexingFee/create.t.solbefore this change and passes after it.
