Sub-taskHCK-17043 [BBVA-1.22][CouchBase7+] Add support for alter script of delta Model (index and collection)

Content

  • initial version of an alter script:
    • collections and indexes now emit CREATE/DROP
      (with ALTER INDEX when doing changes to node or replica count)
    • scopes get CREATE/DROP
    • all DROP statements remains commented until explicitly applied
