Deleting a time range from a timeline clip now removes only that range, not the whole clip. Cloud renders download faster, and Lambda renders assemble in seconds and scale to your account's limits.

• It ships what it claims. The range from the v0.8.173 release merge 9566f96f to this head is exactly the 16 PRs listed, plus this release commit. Each listed PR's merge commit is an ancestor of the head, and nothing extra rode in.
• Versions: all 19 changed "version" lines go from 0.8.173 to 0.8.174: 14 packages, plus the 5 plugin and extension manifests. The only package not bumped is @hyperframes/sdk-playground at 0.6.106, which is "private": true, so that's correct.
• No stray code: the diff is version lines, releases/v0.8.174.md and docs/changelog.mdx only.
• This release also closes the docs window I flagged on #5867: once 0.8.174 is published, npx hyperframes resolves to a CLI that honours delete --start/--end.

Nit (notes): the #5867 bullet covers only the range delete. The same PR also makes every timeline edit verb, and every apply plan key, refuse options it doesn't use, so a script that passed an ignored flag, such as split --start or duplicate --overwrite, now fails with Unknown flag. That's a visible behaviour change worth one line in the notes.
