Adds the missing upgrade-v1.0 changelog page. v1.0.0 is a re-tag of v0.17.2 — zero code delta, no migrations — which is presumably why it never got a guide, but the milestone deserves one. The page is a short high-level note: stable-release framing, and a pointer to the v0.17 guide for anyone not yet on v0.17.
Also moves upgrade-v0.16.mdoc from
self-hosting/intoself-hosting/changelog/alongside the other guides, with a redirect for the old URL.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
