super nit: (not blocking) Remove the extra blank line. Two blank lines now separate ## [Unreleased] from ## [0.20.0], and other headings in the file use one.

Cargo.tomlandCHANGELOG.mdupdated. On merge, theCut Releaseworkflow tagsmainwithv0.20.0, which publishes to crates.io and creates the GitHub Release.
