The legacy UI could be used as an option it place of the WASM file-explorer-ui.

This would be useful for running explorer on browsers that does not support WASM.

When running the server, the option:

--legacy-ui

Could be passed to enable this legacy UI in place of the modern/feature rich WASM UI.
