… sessions Adds docs/reorg/2026-10-14-tidy/HANDOVER.adoc: the per-packet session model (one packet, one branch, one PR; never restart a merged branch), which Phase 1 and 2 packets can run in parallel and which must be serial, what P1.1 (#1244) taught about baseline edits, the facts of the cloud container the sessions land in, the gates that bite by change type, the reviewer brief with its effort level and escalation list, the owner items that gate specific packets, and paste-ready prompts for the sonnet workers, the haiku passes and the opus reviewer.
