The script has since moved off storage.googleapis.com/raas-op-geth-snapshots-e2025 to Gelato indexes, but the underlying problem is the same — those hosts no longer resolve either, so NODE_TYPE=archive still fails on a fresh run.
#93 now reports it properly instead of a curl resolver error:
Could not fetch the snapshot index: https://ink.snapshots.gelato.cloud/index.html
The hosted snapshot index is unreachable or no longer published.
Either set NODE_TYPE=full in .env to sync from genesis, or set
BEDROCK_TAR_DOWNLOAD in .env to a geth datadir tarball that has a
matching <url>.sha256 checksum file.
It also honours a BEDROCK_TAR_DOWNLOAD URL from .env, which was previously overwritten in archive mode — so if anyone still has access to an archive snapshot, the script can use it. #94 updates the README to say the hosted indexes are decommissioned.

Hi! I'd like to take this. I'll check the current snapshot source, update the link in the README, and open a PR.
