Enforce the requirement from GFD.182 §3.4.1.2 that every FQAN’s root group matches the VO name declared in the attribute certificate.
Both
validateAC()overloads now reject the entire AC if any FQAN is inconsistent, reporting the dedicatedfqanDoesntMatchVoerror without filtering or reordering attributes.Adds regression tests using signed ACs, covering valid groups and roles, VO mismatches, prefix collisions, case sensitivity, and mixed-VO FQAN lists.
