itkdev-docker-compose exits with tput: No value for $TERM and no -T specified before running any command when TERM is unset, as in CI jobs, cron, task runs and AI agents.

Changes

• The setaf/setab colour lookups pass -Txterm-256color, like bold and normal at the top of the script already do.
• Removed a second bold/normal assignment without -T halfway down the script. It failed the same way and overrode the first one.

Why

66663a1 added -T to bold and normal only, so the script still fails under errexit on the remaining calls.
