Release 1.20.0

• #172 Store the harvester version, errors and warnings sent with detection results, and show them on detection results in the admin

Minor: new fields on detection results.

Deploy notes:

• One migration: harvester_version, errors and warnings on detection_result. Existing rows get [].
• The fields stay empty until servers run harvester 1.0.0.
