Release 1.21.0

• #175 Store long advisory constraints, titles and links in full, so one long advisory no longer blocks the others, and mark detection results with the advisories they could not store
• #174 Show detection result errors and warnings as readable messages instead of JSON

Minor: processing errors on detection results (a new field).

Deploy notes:

• One migration: affected_versions, title and link on advisory become LONGTEXT, and detection_result gets processing_errors (existing rows get []).
• After deploy, run bin/console app:replay:detection-results --type docker with one worker to store the 2026-11-04 Symfony advisories that were dropped.
