Description

Switches from the archived nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged image to nginx/nginx-unprivileged.

Changes:

  • docker-compose.yml and docker-compose.server.yml: nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged:alpine → nginx/nginx-unprivileged:alpine
  • CHANGELOG.md: add 0.3.1 release section

Why: Docker Hub marks nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged as archived: "This registry is no longer maintained, please use https://hub.docker.com/r/nginx/nginx-unprivileged/ instead." The itkdev docker templates were updated in itk-dev/devops_itkdev-docker#159.
