Switches the docker compose setup from the archived nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged image to nginx/nginx-unprivileged, as a 1.4.2 patch on top of the 1.4.1 release running in production.

Changes

  • docker-compose.yml and docker-compose.server.yml: nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged:alpine → nginx/nginx-unprivileged:alpine
  • CHANGELOG.md: added 1.4.2 entry

Why

Docker Hub marks nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged as archived: "This registry is no longer maintained, please use https://hub.docker.com/r/nginx/nginx-unprivileged/ instead." The itkdev-docker templates were updated in itk-dev/devops_itkdev-docker#159.

The branch is cut from the 1.4.1 tag, not main, because main already contains the untagged 1.5.0 changes (#402). The 1.4.2 tag goes on this branch's head. Replaces #403.
