Clarify ignored replay-log provenance in deferred-signed verifier

This is a small reproducibility fix stacked on PR CrocSwap#97, using codex/deferred-signed-14 as its base. It does not change the mathematical witness or κ.

The inherited PR CrocSwap#97 certificate has $\kappa=63965813/10^{12}=6.3965813\times10^{-5}$. The newest-numbered open PR at preparation time is CrocSwap#98 with $\kappa=26395730811851/500000000000000000\approx5.2791461623702\times10^{-5}$; CrocSwap#97 is 21.1669672% larger by exact rational comparison. This stacked PR only makes the CrocSwap#97 evidence package reproducible.

What this adds

• Keeps only files present in the checkout under the verifier's required source-pin list.
• Moves the four historical replay-log digests into ignored_log_sha256, since the root .gitignore excludes the raw .log contents. The verifier now checks the four expected paths and digest format without claiming that their contents are available.
• Clarifies the README about the absent raw logs and the replay path.

Evidence

The focused python3 research/deferred-signed/verify.py --replay-own run passed under WSL with Python 3.12 and the workflow-pinned SymPy 1.14.0: both ledgers, tensor and complex controls, the full 4096576-coefficient support identity, exact moments, 47 strict constraints, 7 margins, and regenerated assembly. The run reported 134 tracked pins plus 4 separately recorded ignored-log hashes. After a final README wording change, the source-pin check again passed with (134, 4) and git diff --check passed.

The full inherited --replay and make verify suite were not rerun in this stacked patch. PR CrocSwap#97's VALIDATION.json retains the prior staged regression record; the raw historical log files are not present in the repository.
