Summary

  • Cut v7.0.19-beta from develop (dfe74e4f). VersionPrefix is 7.0.19.
  • Rejected requests name the limit, the observed value, and the CLI key that fixes them. Origin HTTP/2 headers up to 64 KiB stay intact, and Balanced HTTP/1 header count and size are enforced.
  • Inspector status bar shows the filtered session count, a 10k most recent window, and opens session retention from the count. Status-bar tooltips no longer eat the first click.
  • Allow Store apps saves the allow list immediately, warns when the proxy is stopped or System proxy is off, and refreshes System proxy once so running packaged apps reconnect.
  • Session search matches visible columns and an exact process ID.
  • Website dev dependency source-map-js 1.2.2 fixes GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q (CVE-2026-93749), an event-loop denial of service in indexed source maps.
  • Chocolatey publishes 7.0.19-beta (SKIP_CATALOG_PUBLISH is unset). No winget changes.

Test plan

  • .NET / build, ui-portable and cli-e2e on Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • RPS compare-spot on ubuntu-latest, windows-latest, and macos-15
  • Path guard
  • Sonar quality gate OK (zero open issues on develop)
  • After merge: NuGet 7.0.19-beta, GitHub prerelease v7.0.19-beta, Chocolatey 7.0.19-beta

Every hard cap that can reject legitimate traffic is configurable, and an Enforce failure logs at Error with the limit, the observed value, and the CLI key. Origin HTTP/2 headers up to 64 KiB stay intact, and Balanced HTTP/1 header count and size are enforced.
The quality gate treats a floating-point inequality as a bug, and the new helpers tripped complexity, visibility, and parameter-count rules.
An exact floating-point test and a hand-written property still failed the new-code gate.
Make the kept-session count read as a rolling window after retention, without jargon for new users.
Make the session count a button with a tooltip, and explain the exclusions summary on hover.
The popup sat over the count and exclusions buttons, so the first click hit the tooltip instead of opening the dialog.
Running packaged apps keep a failed localhost connection, so Apply alone never shows their traffic. Cycle the system proxy off and on once, and say when the app or the proxy still needs a restart.
Bare words now match URL, host, process name, method, and status so a process name finds those rows. Prefixes stay single-field filters, with pid: and protocol: for the columns left out of free text.
Typing a PID from the Process column should find that row. Match only by equality so fragments like 443 do not hit PID 4430.
