[QTI] - 'Response type' drop-down issues #6325

Observed behavior

When I open the 'Response type' drop down it doesn't close if I click outside of it and also it remains open if I switch to another tab of the 'Edit details' modal.

Expected behavior

The 'Response type' drop down should close when clicking outside of it or when switching between tabs in the 'Edit details' modal.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at unstable
2. Go to Channel > Channel editor > New exercise
3. Create an exercise and go to the 'Questions' tab and open the 'Response type' drop down for a question.
4. Click outside of the drop down or switch to the 'Details' tab.
