CQRP requires this: https://googlechrome.github.io/chromerootprogram/cqrp/draft-policy/#2431-mtc-ca-cosigner-certificate-profile > MTC CA Cosigner Certificates MUST conform to the MTC CA Certificate > Profile defined in the MTC specification and the mtc-tlog specification.
