T-C2 — Finish the mesh-retopology node

Context

This node is a stub that was never started — an empty folder today. It needs finishing before any new topology work builds on top of it.

Scope

• processor.py: isotropic remesh (pymeshlab meshing_isotropic_explicit_remeshing) or quad remesh, matching whatever the node's manifest.json already promises.

Acceptance criteria

The node produces an actual result instead of failing silently (there is no file to even execute today).

Im currently working on this now. May I be added to the assignee's? I will complete basic remeshing topology first before adding more. It mght be a stepped progressive addition with each Modly update.
