Add Fish Audio (s2) expressive markup and presets, integrated with the provider-agnostic preset registry: - _provider_format.py: Fish LLM instructions, tag/markup stripping, and CUSTOMER_SERVICE / CASUAL preset bodies (healthcare guidance folded into customer service, matching the reworked two-preset model). - markup_utils.py: convert_break_to_fish for native [break]/[long-break]. - presets.py: register fishaudio CUSTOMER_SERVICE / CASUAL. - fishaudio/tts.py: wire markup into the synthesis path.
