Stacked on #7083.

A tool can disable interruptions while its parent response is paused mid-playback. Resuming audio without restoring the saved speaking state leaves audible speech marked listening and puts recognition out of sync.

Restore the saved session and recognition state before playout resumes. Add deterministic coverage for the mid-playback transfer path.
