• GHSA-2xp9-vwfh-vxw4: unauthenticated remote code execution in the Image Optimization API via AVIF files
• GHSA-p293-qw3h-jr36: unauthenticated remote code execution on Windows-hosted servers (CVE-2026-75604)
• GHSA-vcvr-r3jv-pc5j: remote code execution in next/og ImageResponse

Vercel also refuses to deploy affected versions. This PR moves to the latest patch release on the same major line, which has no open advisories.

Changes

• examples/webhooks-nextjs: next ^16.4.2→^16.3.8

Lockfile changes come from Next.js, eslint-config-next and their dependencies. No other direct dependencies changed.

Verification

• examples/webhooks-nextjs: could not be build-verified locally, because the example imports the workspace's livekit-server-sdk package, which needs building first. The build fails identically on the default branch, so the failure is not caused by this change.
