Allow specifying exact
Toheader and request line for SIP outbound. Some customers require this to route calls correctly to a final destination.As an extra benefit, this also allows setting raw value for these addresses, and may include custom parameters.
This change also allows controlling
Fromheader, however this will be mostly used for OSS. Cloud will still setFromheader according to the project ID and custom domain.
