Updates the Range section in Units and Metrics to match loopandlearn/LoopFollow#791: the row opens a list of ranges, Extended Tight Range (63–140 mg/dL) is added, and Custom Range shows its Low and High rows in that list. The TITR name is aligned with the app wording, and a sentence notes that the Time in Range card on the Statistics screen cycles the ranges. The Units and Metrics screenshot still shows the old picker and needs to be retaken once the app change ships.
